Holy cow. In just one month, my belly has at least doubled in size! I am 6 months along now. God help me, it is hard for me to imagine the growth of another 3.5-4 months! Oh well, I guess this is what happens, so I'm just going with it. In fact, it's kind of cool, makes things more real.
Baby is seriously kicking these days and Dan can feel it more and more, which is nice -- it's not just me anymore. But one freaky thing I noticed that no one has ever mentioned to me before -- you know how the baby kicks forward, toward the outside of the tummy? Well, he also kicks the other direction, toward my back, and holy cow does that feel weird. I tell dan, "he's kicking my butt!" -- it really does feel like that! Such a strange feeling to have him kicking toward my insides.
PS: the jeans in the pics below -- ya, can't button those anymore -- haven't been able to for weeks. It's crazy how quickly the diameter of the belly can grow!
